Miele Appliance Giveaway

Eligibility:
This offer is open to new clients enquiries from 1st August 2025 who are Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

  1. Offer:
    The first 10 eligible clients who sign a new home building contract with KGN Homes by 11:59pm AEDT, 20 December 2025 will receive a Miele kitchen appliance package valued at up to $20,000 RRP, inclusive of GST.

  2. Contract Requirement:
    To qualify, the client must have entered into a signed and accepted the building contract with KGN Homes by the stated deadline and paid the deposit.

  3. Appliance Package:
    The Miele appliances will be selected in consultation with the KGN Homes team. The final appliance list and package value may vary depending on the client’s kitchen design and build specifications. Package is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

  4. Installation:
    Appliances will be supplied and installed as part of the home construction process. No separate delivery or installation outside of the build will be offered.

  5. Availability:
    Offer applies to the first 10 eligible contracts signed only. Once the 10 giveaways have been claimed, KGN Homes reserves the right to end the promotion, even if before the cut-off date.

  6. Promotion Period:
    Offer valid for contracts signed between 1 August 2025 and 20 December 2025, or until the 10 packages have been allocated, whichever comes first.
