As one of the first 10 homes built by KGN Homes, the Boronia Drive Residence holds a special place in our story. This project combined ambitious design choices with the kind of practical functionality needed for a busy family of four. Setting a new standard for what a KGN Homes project could be.

With a full household, our client needed a layout that offered both privacy and connection, with premium finishes that felt timeless and lived-in. The 55-square home delivered exactly that and more with an integrated smart home system, layered materials, and spaces built to entertain, recharge, and evolve with family life.

This project quickly became one of our most talked-about builds, thanks to its distinctive design details and refined execution. It also became one of our most valuable: many of the client’s friends, colleagues and contacts went on to build their own homes with KGN Homes after visiting Boronia Drive.
